Diversity, Intercultural and Community Engagement coordinates the UNITI Cultural Center (United Nationalities in Transcending Ideologies or UCC), a multicultural center
for promoting diversity, inclusion, and multicultural education for the Stony Brook

LGBTQ* SERVICES
As part of Diversity, Intercultural and Community Engagement, LGBTQ* Services provides a variety of resources and virtual activities to support LGBTQ* students
and promote LGBTQ* inclusion in all aspects of the University. The Stony Brook University
community is invited to experience the LGBTQ* Center, where students can connect, make new friends, learn, and be part of a welcoming
and affirming environment. Information regarding events and activities hosted by
the LGBTQ* Center are available on SB Engaged.

The UNITI Cultural Center will be open this summer!
Visit the UNITI Cultural Center in SB Union 113, SUMMER 2024
HOURS of OPERATION
Monday - Friday
10:00 AM- 6:00 PM
The UCC will be CLOSED on Saturdays, Sundays, and the following days
Mon 5/27- Memorial Day
Wed 6/19- Juneteenth
Thurs 7/4- Independence Day
Aug 19-23 -Staff Training/Orientation Week
Regular semester hours will resume on the first day of classes.
Please note that The LGBTQ* Center will be closed for summer and will re-open for
regular hours at the start of the fall semesters. Updated hours coming soon.
The UCC and LGBTQ* Center Hours of Operation are subject to change during but not limited to, staffing limitations, maintenance/repairs, holidays, semester breaks, inclement weather, campus closings, and emergencies.
